Handling & Tracking Because we operate a lean, fast-paced workspace, most orders are packed and processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your package is labeled, our system will automatically email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final To maximize the funding we provide to our partner animal rescues, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our inventory consists of unique, one-of-a-kind online thrift finds, vintage collectibles, media, and custom handmade woodwork, items are sold exactly as described and pictured. Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items While we pack everything securely at the bench to survive transit, accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work quickly to make it right for you.
